Community participation strategies

We have substantial experience in developing and implementing community participation strategies. Past projects have focused on community engagement in the development of integrated models and scientific assessments as well as to aid in the development of management plans. Engagement strategies can be focused on institutional or agency staff, industry groups, NGOs and community groups or individual stakeholders including landholders. Community engagement strategies can be developed to support the needs of clients and to work within budget and time constraints to get the best possible outcomes. They may vary from small scale, limited timeframe targeted consultation to broadly based co-development or stakeholder driven processes.
